3) Check before buying. Click "Shopping Cart" at the top of each page to view all the products you have selected. To remove a product from your shopping bag, click the Delete button (trash can button)

4) Purchase. Click "Buy Now" and follow the instructions to provide your shipping address and payment information to complete your purchase.

When will you deliver my order?

Standard shipments of in-stock products are usually completed within 2-5 days. Express shipping can generally be delivered within 10-15 days depending on the region. Customized products require 25 working days. All goods are shipped by insured couriers to ensure your purchase is as secure as possible. After 2:00 PM, orders will be processed the next day.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you have provided correct shipping address information, you can access the "Track my order" section or check the status of your order via email or text message at any time.

Can I return it?

Since it is a customized product, we do not accept returns or refunds without any reason. After all, we cannot do secondary sales, please understand. However, except for special circumstances, if the shoes are damaged or stained by us, you can return them by reading the "Shipping and Returns" section. The application must be submitted within 2 days after receiving the goods.

If payment authorization is approved and product is available, you will receive another email confirming shipment of your order.

We provide paypal for payment. Other countries and regions provide bank card transfer. They are Taiwan, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore respectively.
